What's new:
- Joystick select menu
- Player health (now you can jump right into the mobs!)
- Demo builds (yay!)
- Slime blocks now are blue (to be more noticeable)
What's fixed:
- Now you can't use the same keys in key config
- Fixed android on-screen contols
- Fixed joystick support
- Fixed bug with pushing-into-wall-jump
- Fixed vsync/FPS issues
