I would love to see this ported to the Playdate. It would a great fit.
If I could ever get my hands on one.. yes, I would happily do it, it doesn't even need to be rewritten in another language :D

FWIW, you don't even need a physical Playdate to develop for it: it. https://play.date/dev/(I concede it would probably be useful to be able to test on real hardware though)
